The Meurreddus Family is a real family: the artisans are father, mother and daughter. Meurreddus is the name that is given to the inhabitants of Sulcis, the south-western area of Sardinia. All three deal with different things, but the common thread is to create unique handmade objects with attention to every detail, in some cases reproductions (with some poetic license) of objects belonging to the Sardinian culture and tradition, such as pumpkins decorated with fire and carpets made with the ancient wooden frame.

La Meurreddus Family é una vera e propria famiglia: gli artigiani sono padre, madre e figlia. Meurreddus é l'appellativo che viene dato agli abitanti del Sulcis, la zona sud occidentale della Sardegna. Tutti e tre si occupano di cose diverse, ma il filo conduttore é creare oggetti fatti a mano unici e curati in ogni dettaglio, in alcuni casi riproduzioni (con qualche licenza poetica) di oggetti appartenenti alla cultura e tradizione sarda, come ad esempio le zucche decorate a fuoco e i tappeti realizzati con l'antico telaio in legno.
